Rental Requirements
Everything you need to know before you book.
Renting with Go-Borrow is simple. Review the basic requirements below before contacting our team. Final eligibility, pricing, vehicle availability and rental terms are confirmed directly with Go-Borrow before your rental.
Age
Renters must be at least 21 years old.
Driver's license
A valid driver's license is required.
Payment
Go-Borrow accepts major credit cards, debit cards, Apple Pay, Zelle and cash.
Security deposit
A security deposit is required. The amount varies depending on the vehicle and rental details and is confirmed before booking.
Authorized drivers
Only drivers approved by Go-Borrow and added to the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
Pickup / return
Pickup and return are generally coordinated in Brickell unless another arrangement is confirmed with our team.
Delivery
Vehicle delivery may be available depending on rental details and location.
Travel
Travel outside the standard rental area may be possible with prior Go-Borrow approval.
Fuel
Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup unless another refueling arrangement is selected.
Smoking
Smoking and vaping are not permitted.
Pets
Pets are not permitted.
Extensions
Contact Go-Borrow before the scheduled return time to request an extension. Extensions remain subject to availability and confirmation.

Go-Borrow is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to assist customers.
